RehabStride™ Return and Replacement Policy

At RehabStride™, we are committed to providing innovative and effective solutions for mobility. We stand behind the quality of our AFO Brace and offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure you are confident in your purchase.

Please review the following policy details regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your RehabStride™ AFO Brace, you may initiate a return or replacement within 30 days from the date of delivery. This guarantee allows you to evaluate the fit, function, and effectiveness of the device.

2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: The return or replacement must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: The returned item must be in clean, sanitary, and working condition. Due to the hygienic and medical nature of the product, we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows excessive wear, damage, or contamination beyond normal use for evaluation purposes.
  • Packaging: The item must be returned with all original components, packaging, accessories, and instruction manuals.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

To ensure a smooth process, all returns and replacements must be pre-authorized.

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at Support@RehabStride.com to request a return or replacement.
  2. Provide Details: In your request, please include your order number, name on the order, the reason for the return or exchange and the name of the item(s) you wish to return or replace.
  3. Receive Instructions: Once received, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed shipping instructions.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns and Replacements
  • Customer Responsibility: For returns due to dissatisfaction or reasons other than a product defect or shipping error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • RehabStride™ Responsibility: If the return or replacement is a result of an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, confirmed defect in manufacturing), RehabStride™ will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or send you the replacement part.
5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your return and refund.

  • Approval: Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Restocking Fee (If Applicable): If the returned item shows significant signs of use or wear that require cleaning or reconditioning beyond what is acceptable for evaluation, a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product price may be deducted from your refund.
6. Manufacturing Warranty (45 Days)

Every RehabStride™ AFO brace is covered by a 45-day limited manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered: This warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship, including: Cable or tension-assist system malfunction, broken or defective buckles, hinges, or straps, structural cracks or component failure under normal use.

* What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, alteration, or improper fitting and cosmetic scratches or discoloration.

Warranty Resolution: If a covered defect occurs within 45 days of delivery, RehabStride™ will repair or replace the defective component or device at no charge.
